What if I need a Refund?

Your deposit and tuition paid are refundable by sending Red Oak written notice (Dbaxter@redoakcamp.org) 6 weeks before the start of your program, minus a $45.00 administrative fee and any applicable credit card processing fees. Any requests to switch weeks that we can honor will incur an additional $25 administration fee per week changed.

There are no refunds within six weeks of the start of your program unless the camper cannot attend because of documented health reasons. We must have a letter from a licensed physician. There are no refunds for campers who are dismissed from our program or withdrawn by the parent for any reason, including unplanned vacations.

Overnight Info

For an additional cost, Campers enjoy a night of campfires, smores, and other extra-special activities! Our campouts are from Thursday through Friday. Each program has age and gender-specific activities and sleeping areas. Campers sleep in tents-however, if the weather is not great, we move tents to our large shelter for safety and comfort. We will provide Thursday's dinner & snack and Friday's breakfast, snack, and lunch for those who stayed overnight.

Campers can also pick to stay at camp till 8:00 pm on Thursday to enjoy the night's activities while still sleeping at home. The cost remains the same if your camper goes home at 8:00 pm. Tent groups, specific weekly themes, and other information will be provided each Monday of camp.

Overnights can be added at any time until the Tuesday of that week of camp.
